How long is delivery?
Standard delivery is a maximum of 3 days and is delivered via Royal Mail or courier. Read more on delivery and returns.
Can I pre-order?
I do take pre-orders. but please bear in mind that each product is handmade and therefore may look a little different than the website image.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, I accept returns, please send the item back to me (this will be at your cost) and I will issue a full refund. Please read more here.

When will Tamegroute be back in stock?
It is around 4-5 weeks for new Tamegroute pieces to arrive here from Morocco. Just let me know what you are looking for. See what’s in stock now.
Can you send an invoice for my order?
Invoices will now be attached to your order email in PDF format. It’s much better for the planet than printing one for each order.
