All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or via Courier and will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order, if longer dispatch times are needed we will contact you via email. For international deliveries, couriers may be used. Import duties will be payable by the customer and may be subject to regulations revisions.

• UK Delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For 2-3 Days/Courier. Parcels will be delivered within 2-3 working days. A tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.

• UK Express Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm/Courier. Parcels will be delivered the next working day before 1 p.m. A tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.

• International Standard Deliveries will be dispatched via Royal Mail International/Courier Tracked & Signed. Parcels will be delivered within 3-5 working days (Europe) and 7-14 working days (Worldwide). Deliveries will be tracked and a tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.

• International Express Deliveries will be dispatched via Courier. Express delivery will be delivered within 3-5 working days via a courier. Deliveries will be tracked and a tracking number will be provided to you following dispatch.




Customs and import taxes may apply for shipments outside of the UK. Customers are liable for these charges which will be calculated and billed to you by the appointed courier. In order to receive your parcel, you must first pay these import charges that apply. Import charges are calculated based on the type of product and the value that has been declared from the customs information supplied by We Are Nomads.




All products are wrapped in paper, and tied with a terracotta colour string. Products marked as gifts will have all pricing information on receipts removed. Handwritten gift notes can be added with a message for your loved one. Just let me know what you would like to say (this can be added on each product page) and I will add the note to the package. The notes will be written on a beautifully textured A6-sized card.




I aim to make sure that all of my packaging is as eco-friendly as possible. The Enviro boxes I use are from Kite Packaging and are recyclable and made using half the resources of a standard box. The filling used comes from shredded paper/cardboard which I no longer need. I am also re-using any filler that comes my way. The polythene bags I use are made from recycled material for an environmentally friendly solution, these also come from Kite Packaging.




If you change your mind about your purchase please let me know via [email protected]. I request that the items should be returned to me, unused and within the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of purchase and I will offer you an exchange or a full refund once received.

To return your product, please email [email protected] and I will provide you with an address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

It is recommended that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. I cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.

I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.




If you change your mind I can exchange unopened items for you. If you would like to exchange it for an alternative item, please send me an email at then post your item within 14 days of receiving your item. Once received I will then send out your exchanged item.




I will replace items if they are defective or damaged, Please send a photograph of the damaged item to [email protected], and I may ask you to return the item. I will then replace your item or process a refund. If the item needs to be returned, please do this within 14 days of receipt of my email.
