Have you just broken your a loved and sentimental piece of pottery? Do not fear, I can help you save it using epoxy resin with this Kintsugi-style repair service.

Medium Pieces (around 15 – 25cm): Bowls, Plates, Vases etc.

Non-food-safe resin is used as standard, if you require food-safe resin, please email kintsugi@wearenomads.co.uk for details. If your item is made from glass, email before booking.

Description

How does it work?

1. /

Select how many broken pieces you have and safely send your broken object to the address in your order email.

Please add your order number to your parcel and add a description to your order notes at checkout.

2. /

The careful repair process will start when your parcel arrives.

Non-food-safe resin is used as standard, if you require food-safe resin, please get in touch kintsugi@wearenomads.co.uk.

3. /

Once fully repaired, your kintsugi repair will be returned to the address provided at checkout. A tracking number will be included in the dispatch email.

Safety Notes:

  • Heat resistant up to 93°C/200°F – Not suitable for boiling water
  • Repaired pottery may not be watertight
  • Do not microwave kintsugi pieces
  • Gold mica powder is skin-safe, vegan and non-toxic
  • Ceramics with transfers could be damaged during the process
  • Repaired pieces should be used sparingly and mainly for display
