Description
This gift set goes by the name “Okan” (Or- Con) which means “number one” in Yoruba a language spoken in Nigeria. The set has 3 mini candles in the beautiful scents of Honey & Tobacco, Cocoa Butter & Amber, and Mandarin & Spice.
Each scent is developed using the finest natural oils.
Honey & Tobacco has top notes of sweet honey. At the heart, there is a blend of cinnamon & nutmeg, while the base note contains amber, patchouli, and musk to complete the profile.
Cocoa Butter & Amber is rich and sweet, with dark chocolate-like aromas. It also has notes of warm Moroccan amber enriched by spicy cinnamon.
Mandarin & Spice smells of fresh mandarin, cool lemon, and luscious plum, warmed by spicy hints of saffron, cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Each candle is 50g and is hand-poured into 60ml amber jars with a signature Oré mi label and a black gloss lid. Each candle burns for up to 14 hours. The weight on the candle label refers to the amount of soy wax used. Please note that this may vary slightly as our candles are hand-poured.
Ingredients
Soy wax, fine fragrance oils, and cotton-core wicks in the candles. All candles are vegan-friendly & cruelty-free.
How to use the candles, advice from Karen
“Trim that wick! Before lighting, trim your candle wick so it’s no longer than 6mm”.
“Safety first: never leave a candle burning unattended, and don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time”.
“Stop burning your candle when only 7mm of wax remains”.
“Once the candle’s gone, you can reuse the jar”!
“Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar each burn to prevent pooling”.
